How I work.
My digital analytics framework is built on five key business focused modules.
The core module, "Measurement Strategy," serves as the foundation (aka ‘set up’), followed by a range of optional modules, each targeting a specific marketing challenge.
The core module may only require a quick review and ‘touch up’, or I may be starting from scratch. My pricing will reflect this variation after a quick ‘look under the hood’.
Each optional module usually spans a 8-12 week period to allow for planning, implemetation, data collection, and review. Optional modules can be selected (or repeated) in any order.
I work closely with your marketing team/agency, who implement the suggested changes, and focus on improvement according to your selected module’s objective.
My aim is to provide your business leadership & marketing teams with an objective voice that ‘get’s digital’, is able to convert data-driven insights into actionable strategies, and delivers improved results.
